Prices reflect the rates in effect on the day of your visit. A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. Payment is taken at the time of check-in. Please bring your card with you!

Monetary gift cards can be redeemed at the time of your spa visit. Some conditions apply.

Please note any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment made within the last 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. This fee represents compensation for costs incurred, such as staff and subcontractors, and amount to 50% of the reserved services. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please do not hesitate to contact our team to explore the available options.

The spa welcomes 14- and 15-year-old guests with adult supervision; 16 guests can come unaccompanied. Please note only a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) can provide massages to minors. Some conditions apply for minors’ entry to the spa .

An 18% suggested gratuity will be applied to all massage services. This percentage can be adjusted at the front desk during your visit.

Swedish, Restorative or Deep Tissue massages cannot be claimed on extended health benefits. If you require a receipt for insurance purposes, please book a RMT massage.

The personal information ("PI") collected is necessary for Groupe Scandinave to process the transaction and confirm your reservation/payment. Depending on the location, your PI is stored in Quebec or British Columbia (Whistler) and may be shared with third parties, including service providers for payment processing. You have the right to access and rectify your personal information, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.
